Please note that all absentee and telephone bid forms are to be printed out, filled in and faxed to us by 1:00 P.M. the Friday prior to the auction. If you are interested in telephone bidding, please be sure to enter a telephone number where you can be reached on Saturday, the day of the auction. We recommend that if you are interested in telephone bidding, you call to be sure a line is available for the item you wish to bid on, as we have limited lines available, and these are allocated on a first come-first served basis. In the event of a tie bid, live bidders and telephone bidders take precedence over absentee bids. As noted on the absentee bid form, a buyer’s premium of eighteen and a half percent (cash or check) will be added to the hammer or sale price of the items.
