  • Notes: Michael Stark (1939-2010) was the founder of the H.E.A.D. Clinic (Health Education and Action Development) in New Orleans during the 1960s. He was often referred to as the "Minister of the Hippies". His clinic helped many homeless people get healthcare and legal aid.
