Please note that all Absentee and Telephone Bid Forms are to be printed out, filled in and faxed to us by 1:00 P.M. the Friday prior to the auction.

If you are interested in telephone bidding, please be sure to enter a telephone number where you can be reached on Saturday, the day of the auction. We recommend that if you are interested in telephone bidding, you call to be sure a line is available for the item you wish to bid on, as we have limited lines available, and these are allocated on a first come-first served basis. In the event of a tie bid, live bidders and telephone bidders take precedence over absentee bids.

Bid In-Person

Clients can bid live on auction days in our Salerooms located at our main gallery. All auctions are held on the 2nd floor of Crescent City Auction Gallery’s main gallery located at 1330 St. Charles Ave., New Orleans, LA 70130.

Conditions of Sale

Our conditions of sale apply to all auction activity.

Buyer’s Premium

CCAG charges a 25% buyer’s premium for all bids placed directly with the auction house, with a 3% credit card processing fee.

A flat 28% buyer’s premium is charged for all bids placed through 3rd party online bidding websites and no discounts can be applied.

We accept cash, check, and all major credit cards.

Shipping

While Crescent City Auction Gallery does not provide packing and shipping services, we do have a list of Recommended Shippers to assist with shipping options.

Post Sales

Passed lots are available for 5 business day after the auction. Please inquire with the office for information regarding purchase price of any unsold items.
