Pair of Continental Porcelain Figures, early 20th c., of a man and woman in 18th c. costume, with lambs at their feet, H.- 8 5/8 in., W.- 3 3/8 in., D.- 3 1/4 in.


  • Condition: Condition consistent with age and use. Man- The tip of one leaf is lacking. Several hairline cracks are seen in the back of the leaves. A flea-sized chip is noted in the edge of the jacket. Woman- Two leaf tips are lacking. A bluish residue is observed on the edges of several other leaves. Dust accretion is noted in the back of the skirt. A hairline crack is seen in the middle of the mirror and through both hands, indicating an apparent repair. The lamb is lacking one foot. Several spots of brown residue are seen on the proper left side of the figure's head. A lovely pair.
